TIPS AND RESOURCES

HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START RUNNING APPOINTMENTS. THESE TIPS AND RESOURCES WILL HELP YOU AVOID HEADACHES AND GROWING PAINS AFTER GETTING STARTED.

sAVE & BOOKMARK CARRIER LOGIN CREDENTIALS

You will have 20+ different usernames and passwords for the different insurance carriers headed your way. Make sure you save these and have them accessible to you before you start running appointments.

1. Bookmark the insurance carriers' agent website, so you can submit applications quickly

2. Save login credentials - username and password

3. Save your Agent/Producer Number for each carrier

MOBILE HOTSPOT

Some clients will not have internet access and those that do, may not know their password. You will need a device with internet data or set up a mobile hotspot from your phone.

We also recommend having a laptop or tablet to be able to submit applications quickly and efficiently. (Make sure it's charged before run days!)

sAVE & BOOKMARK CRM  LOGIN CREDENTIALS

The CRM is where you can purchase and manage your leads. Make sure you save your info so you can quickly and easily access the CRM.

We will provide you with steps on how to set up and login to the CRM.

Print out the documents you'll need for appointments

There are very important documents that you will need when you start dialing and running appointments. We recommend printing these out and creating a binder to always have with you.

You can also print out some scripts to find out which one works best for you!
